There have been so many things going on that I forgot to talk about one of the most important months for Verde Styles.  In October, Verde Styles had events in West Chester, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh.  In October, Verde Styles filmed a Pepsi commercial.  In October, I wrote a book (well not really), but you should check it out at http://verdestyles.com/story/.

We started off October with a very successful event at West Chester University with Phi Sigma Pi.  Then we went back to where it all started, Sustainability day at Temple University. And last, but not least we rocked the show with Theta Phi Alpha, & Sigma Sigma Sigma girls at University of Pittsburgh.   These journeys not only include lots of fun, but also a ton of blurry pictures and a ton of pit stops (thanks to Rashul).

I would personally like to thank my best friends Jen Weaver, and Linda Rowe, and I would also like to thank Timothy Broderick, Sustainability Intern at Temple University for setting up these events and making it possible for Verde Styles to succeed!

My sweet 16!

Hello everyone and welcome to my first blog.  I want to start off by saying thanks to all the dedicated Verde Styles fans following the blog (continuously hitting the refresh button to see the next post). As most of you know my 22nd birthday was this weekend which featured a Surprise Sweet 16, Journey through Olde City, and a bucket of delicious Crown Fried Chicken!  Thanks again to two of my best friends and teammates Nish Patel and Melissa Schank for showing me an awesome time.  Make sure you check out our epic pictures.  Now back to Verde Styles.  I hope everyone is as excited as I am for the upcoming line of sick graphic tees from the two greatest designers ever, Jelyn and Dave.  Well there was my first blog post, short and sweet.  Please stay tuned every Wednesday for a new graphic tee release.

Introducing our newest graphic designer, Jelyn Frye!

Today I am going to be introducing our graphic designer Jelyn Frye.  Jelyn just recently joined the Verde Styles team after I was introduced to her by the one and only Rashul Patel.  Jelyn, like myself and most of the Verde Styles team is a Temple University student, but I cannot say we share nearly the same talents.  She is one of the most talented graphic designers; if not the best Tyler School of Art has to offer.  Her job doesn’t only include making sick t-shirts (that haven’t been released yet), but also getting our Art Director, Dave Ruffner to return from his other dimension.   She is not only very charismatic and talented, but she is also very hard working. She, along with the rest of us, doesn’t consider Verde Styles just another job but rather a passion.  So welcome Jelyn Frye to the Verde Styles team!
