Shipping & Delivery
Every product shipped from Verde Styles will be sent via USPS with environmentally friendly packaging. The usual delivery time that can be expected is 2-8 business days.
Returns and Replacements
Any item that is purchased can be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the original date of purchase, or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Any returned items must be in non-worn condition for a refund to be processed. All of Verde Styles products are inspected before they are shipped, therefore no damaged product can be returned or exchanged.
Ordering
There is no purchasing limit on any product offered by Verde Styles, unless otherwise specified. All orders are safe and secure, and are guaranteed to be processed with accuracy and care.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment from all major credit cards. The pricing of the products include the amount to be donated to The American Forests Association, shipping & handling costs and taxes. Any promotions from Verde Styles will be displayed on the sites main page. You can also receive news of promotions and discounts by signing up for the company newsletter.
Viewing Orders
After placing an order, you can login to the account you used to place the order and check the status. After placing an order, you will be sent an email that will contain your full order along with your orders confirmation number.
Updating Account Information
If you need to update any information, such as address, credit card information etc., simply login to your Verde Styles account and go to edit profile. All changes that you submit will be made immediately.
